Workflow
In a simple, customizable and most of all intuitive view, you have a global idea of everything that happens in your center; exam timestamps, exam reports, patient reports, patient classes, priorities, payment status, report status, patient insurance, and many other things you can customize to your own preferences, with conditional formatting of any row and column.
Reports
Quick generation of your reports with a template/variable system, this means that your report templates will be imported and with the implementation of some patient and exam variables, many data will be auto-filled without the need to retype them, quick access to the patient record, booklet printing, etc..
Statistics
In the Statements module, it is possible to extract the statements that you can imagine with dedicated powerful tools, in addition to preconfigured statements.
Integrated email and SMS
By configuring your Gmail connection settings, you can send and share your reports with patients, partners and/or referring physicians via email.
Integrated messaging system
With the latest feature, so much requested by our customers, the integrated chat system in FireRIS, will allow you to communicate with all the users of the application instantly, without the need to move from your office, with the possibility to share images, record audio, etc.
Integration with Viewer
What if I want to launch an exam on the Viewer without leaving the FireRIS and without leaving the report page? Of course, you can, we have already integrated different types of Viewers, this means that you do not need to look elsewhere for your exams, with a simple click, your exam is opened in your configured Viewer.
Patient record management
On the patient record, you will have all the information about your patient, whether it is his medical history, his alerts, his medical records, his reports, his insurance, his scheduled check-ups and his exams history from the first visit.
Output data to different formats
You have the possibility to export your data in different formats, CSV, Excel or PDF.
Card Reader
Used with FireRis, the CIN reader allows you to retrieve information from patient IDs, scan, sort and distribute your A4 documents in dual channel (black and white, grayscale, color) on the same image scanner and export the data to complete your patient profiles in order to eliminate errors.
